Liability and Safety

Your safety is at the top of our priorities. We have developed our safety policies to insure that you have the maximum freedom to enjoy yourself and experience all that our ranch has to offer.

Ranching and hunting are inherently risky activities. The following policies are designed to guard the safety of our guests in the most reasonable manner:

• No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
• Ranch Vacation Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hunting Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests who engage in behavior which creates a dangerous situation for themselves or other guests may be removed from our property.
• All guests are required to sign and agree to our Liability Release.

We make every effort to ensure that you have an enjoyable time on our ranch, while being able to participate in exciting activities to the maximum extent possible. Your cooperation in helping us to achieve that goal enables us to keep vacations here as unrestricted as we can, within what is practical and reasonable.
